Modern Plant
The plant is fully automatic and can be operated by one person at a control desk. It has the Latest German TEGUM Quenching System (The first in Nepal) that can produce high strength TMT bars of FE415, FE415D, FE500, FE500D and FE600 grade. Ours is the only plant in the country having REBS German Technology to lubricate the Mill where oil flows through pneumatic system automatically that helps the plant run smoothly.
Quality Control
To maintain the Quality of the Products we take samples of every alternate piece from the production line to check for its various parameters like weight per meter, its chemical and physical qualities as per the N.S. Standards. Operating under highly qualified experts our state-of-the-art testing Lab keeps stringent control on the Quality of products testing through various equipment’s and processes. The 100-ton UTM machine tests yield stress, tensile strength, elongation, weight/meter and total elongation thus ensuring the perfect product to our esteemed customers.
